- Control of deadlines for the implementation of resolutions and instructions of higher authorities by the enterprise’s departments.
- Upkeep of the enterprise.
- Maintenance of track facilities.
- Organisation of work on labour protection, occupational and fire safety, implementation of civil defense measures.
- Planning and organisation of construction works for current and major repairs of the enterprise premises.
- Analysis and control of the implementation of decisions of the Collegiums of the Ministry of Health in terms of the activities of the enterprise.
- Monitoring the implementation of clauses of international agreements of the Ministry of Health and subordinate organizations with state health authorities of other countries and their authorized representatives.
- Correspondence with representatives of foreign regulatory bodies and authorized organizations in the field of drug circulation.
- Collection of information on the implementation of international treaties and agreements to which the Ministry of Health is a party.
- Organization and holding of seminars on the circulation of medicines, medical devices and biomedical cell products.
- Planning and organization of training for employees of the enterprise.
- Studying the systematization of processes and teaching methods in the system of additional training.
